We offer lasting companionship that you can trust, whether it’s help with shopping, baking a cake, accompanied trips to the doctors / hairdressers, household errands, or just a good old chat over a cuppa, you’re in safe hands with BlueBellHelp.
After graduating from Cheltenham, Jill entered the world of Hotel, catering and hospitality management, from Front of house to guest relations. Having run her own successful business, 1stopvenues,a conference placement agency, now into its 13th year, Jill decided to go back to what she likes best – helping people feel happy and fulfilled. So with her proven hospitality, catering, organisational skills and not forgetting love for food and dogs, felt it time to set up Bluebellhelp in Hatch Beauchamp, close to Taunton and Ilminster.
Companionship for loved ones whilst you are away on holiday or out for the day, a simple drop in “face to face” visit, to ensure all is well, a little helping hand or a spot of shopping, will give peace of mind to everyone.
Visiting friends and Family – don’t go into a panic, with a little bit of planning and support you can have your home ready for visitors, a help with getting the house ready, the extra shopping done and a welcome afternoon tea.
Domestic Management and Organise your living space – assist you with the jobs you’ve been putting off ie declutter the spare room, tidy the garage, with someone helping you, it becomes less daunting.
Memory Lane – sit together and “do” whatever you’d like to do, be it clean the family silver, finally sort out the photographs or even berry pick and make jam!
Accompanied walks, with or without dogs.
Delicious cakes, biscuits and puddings, either made together in your own home or delivered to your home.
Diary management – never forget a birthday or anniversary, all you need to do is sign it! We can do the rest.
Personal shopping – from a special gift we can source and wrap, to a new outfit for a special event.

Party and Event Planning
A special event is looming and you need help to source the perfect location, to organising invitations, caterers, book accommodation for visitors, whilst making time for yourself to look the best.
1 Hour Service(or more depending on what is required)
Life style services – “face to face” drop in, an accompanied walk (with or without a dog).
Personal Concierge services ie. Diary managements, general errands, personal administration.
Out and About – an accompanied walk or trip to the post office.
Party and event planning – write and post the party invitations, visit the venue or discuss menus with the caterer.
3 Hour Services
Life style services – we’ll bring along a homemade cake and together we will spring clean the kitchen, reorganise the cupboards to make items easy to reach.
Personal Concierge – Personal shopping – from a special gift we can source and wrap to a new outfit for a special event.
Out and about – have a tea party or coffee morning with friends you’ve not seen for a while, trip to the garden centre to buy winter pansies and then plant them up at home.
Party and event planning – A special event is looming and you need help to source the perfect location, visit some possible venues or shop for the perfect outfit or gift.
5 hours Services
Life Style Services – Visiting friends and Family – don’t go into a panic, with a little bit of planning and support you can have your home ready for visitors, a help with getting the house ready, the extra shopping done and a welcome afternoon tea.
Personal Concierge – personal shopping and wellbeing, a trip to the hairdressers, whilst I’m shopping for specific items, so you are multitasking whilst being pampered.
Out and about – go down memory lane with a trip to your favourite seaside town and lunch in your favourite restaurant.
Party and event planning – bringing that special event together, could mean shopping, visiting suppliers ie caterers, florist, venue, writing the invitations and then the thankyou letters, preparing your home for possible well wishers.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm, extended or different hours can be arranged on request
Should the service provided take you away from your home, then as the client you will be responsible for all additional costs incurred ie travel expenses, car parking, food and beverages, entrance fees etc.
Bluebell help operates within a 5 mile radius of Hatch Beauchamp, out of this area a small charge may apply.
We offer a personalised service and every request is slightly different, therefore Bluebellhelp will quote for your individual requirements or can base the request on an hourly rate of £20.00 per hour.
